Fanzine 2020 Planning - Assigning Contribution Roles

We should firmly establish everyone's roles on the fanzine. Jem proposed we rotate who takes lead on different issues. Apart from who is lead, what other roles do we need?

Layout - Me
Art Orders - same, should I do this as a part of layout?

Should we have 1 person as a point of contact for contributing authors who might not be active on Planewalker, or should that rotate by issue? Who should follow up with authors regarding their content for the issue?

Which issues are everyone going to take lead on? In another thread I'm going to start discussing the topics of our 4 issues we are currently aiming to create, and the deadlines for the content of those issues.
