Father Rao and the other Kryptonian deities do not really belong in the D&D world, I guess,if you´re a purist, but if they did, where would their realms be? Most especially Raos realm. Arcadia, perhaps?
Background: My players were tasked by the Norse god Loke to kill mortal scientist from Krypton that had taken over planet of primitive humans. He was trying to elevate the race to perfection, as he saw it, and was worshipped as a god (the planet had a yellow sun so that made him quite godlike). They managed to kill him, with a kryptonium bullet, but bungled the part of discrediting him in front of his millions of believers, so he became a god thanks to their faith.
For years they have been trying to correct their mistake and kill him after his ascent to godhod, with Eilistraees moon sword, amongst other things. The Godslayers attempted another tactic and tried to exterminate all his believers with a biological weapon (since he was worshipped on one planet only, they saw their chance). This was a bit too much for my players, and they surprisingly decided to ally themselves with him instead, and attacked the Godslayers.
Then a proxy of the Kryptonian goddess Yuda approached them and told them that the Kryptonian pantheon was bemused by the fact that a Kryptonian mortal had attained true godhood. They were unsure of which of three responses to choose: 1. Destroy him. 2. Exile him to the Phantom Zone 3. Welcome him into their own ranks.
They asked the players, god creators as they are, to give their advice. Very flattering, naturally.
What would his niche in the pantheon be? Science? Order?
I´m not that familiar with the Kryptonian gods. If there already are some resources on them with regards to how to include them into Planescape, I´m more than happy with just a link.
Thank you :-)
