Here's a reworked version of the blurb from the first post in that thread.

Many Planescape adventures take place on the Great Wheel, the Inner Planes, and the transitive planes between them. Their variety is wondrous, and the exotic nature of worlds spiritual and surreal are attractive, but there is another endless array of worlds in the Multiverse: the panoply of Primes where mortals play out their lives. Log X presents Prime worlds that can be used for adventure settings, character backgrounds, and sources of strange new items or colorful cultures, so that your Planescape game can walk the many Earths.
Hey Anetra, I'm not that happy with the Haggling Indep illustration anymore.
Would it be ok if I'd redo it over the weekend to give it a more 'planar' look?
Yeah, sure. If you'd rather submit a different picture that's totally fine :) Don't feel the need to do a haggling Indep, necessarily, either. Any kind of Indep you want'll be good.
Hello, friends! Now that PaizoCon is over for the year, and I still don't have my shit together enough to do GenCon, I'm going to get back to work on the Fanzine, polishing off Issue 1 and getting it into its final form.
Only order of business left on Issue 1 now is writing the introduction. I can totally do it, but if someone else wanted to, I can totally step back.
Let's get ourselves into gear on issue 2, though!
PS I met Todd Stewart today actually and he's hella rad (sorry, just had to get that out of my system!)
Ah I figured we should change the title of the Killing the Lady of Pain article to make it less extreme. That was my fault so hoping to make a correction to it.
Maybe add a "Trying to Kill" at the beginning and "or more likely die trying" at the end?
So it would be "(Trying to) Kill the Lady of Pain (Or more likely, Die Trying)" - how does that sound?
No worries, there's absolutely still time to make some changes to things :)
The only problem with that title is that it doesn't fit on a single line with the font setups we have right now. Options are:
1) Make all title fonts smaller, so this title will fit on 1 line
2) Make this title font smaller, so IT fits, and just have it be slightly smaller than the other titles
3) Reduce this title by 15 characters
4) Move the "or die trying" 2nd parentheses to a 2nd line where it is a subtitle with different font characteristics
Okay, so for the interview w/ Todd Stewart, I'm going to just clip out the "what's next for you" question. The rest of the interview isn't dated too badly, but that one is just kinda funny at this point (a hardback Book of the Damned with plenty more daemon goodies is coming out in Sept and here we are asking him "do you think you'll get to write more about Daemon?" lol). I mentioned the interview briefly to Todd at PaizoCon and he was for cutting that question out of it.
Shoot!! I have 2 different versions of the old issue 1; one of them credits the interview to Sciborg2, and the other to Kobold Avenger. Sci, who did the interview?
I'm curious as well. Of particular interest to me is the "Killing the LoP" article. Didn't we have a fun thread of the same name back on the old forum pre-crash? I recall making an off-hand contribution theorizing that minotaur - due to their inherent immunity to the Maze spell, might, just might, be able to resist the Lady's most potent punishment, and therefore make ideal shock troops in an attack on her.
Is the article in issue 1 adapted from that thread, or something else?
Issue 1 did come out, but we're going to re-release it with Issue 2. I'm thinking about changing the title of the Killing the Lady article - it's actually not what I think people assumed it was. There are no stats in the article, it actually just grabs various pieces of lore in the setting.
Some delays on that end for various reasons (like my real life lol) but talking to Anerta we're still intending to put Issue 1 & 2 out and going from there.
Yeppers! The delays on the issue one re-release right now are 1000% completely on me, but I swear it's going to happen. In the meantime I think we should start legit prepping issue two and three, so we have the content ready for them when we actually start publishing.

Awesome! Thanks so much, Jem!

I think this is more fitting for the Sigil issue.
That looks great!
So - what's left for us to do?
WotC/OGL legal licensing language
Looks like Clueless' old email doesn't work. Anyone know how to get in touch with her?
A PM here will work too ;) Lemme drop you a line w/current email...
Hey Clueless!
My email is s ciborg2[at]gmail.com. I can get Anerta on the email chain as well. Thanks!
-Sci
Hi Clueless, you have my email right?
thanks!
Sci
Hmm, not much activity on the site currently. I've been pretty busy myself.
Any news from Anetra regarding Issue 1?
We're still waiting for some legal language clarification.
-Sci
Clueless, just wanted to make sure you got my email?
This sounds pretty cool guys, has the legal language been sorted out yet?
I believe we've got this sorted out.
Now we just need to get back to planning this thing out!

I'd go for option 4)
Another shorter title might be:
"So you wanna kill the Lady of Pain, berk?"
Heh, we could just go with Knight's title. Shorter and sweeter than what I came up with. :-)

My guess would be Kobold Avenger did it and I was given credit by accident or as a placeholder?
Okay! Thank you. I'll keep the credit to Kobold Avenger.
Did Issue 1 come out? I haven't been able to find it, but may not be looking in the right places.
