These manacles are made by the mages of the Mercykiller faction, to prevent berks who can planeshift or teleport from simply shifting out of the Prison. The manacles are big and heavy and don't shrink or grow to fit the being wearing them, but the Mercykillers have lots of them lying around in Sigil so they can always find a pair that'll fit. The metal of the manacles is enchanted to resist rust and magic, so a captive cannot break out by either means; further, they are also specially enchanted to resist psionics.

This ring is made from a meteor that falls to the ground on a prime planet. When used by the wearer, it calls down others of its kind to rain fiery death upon all enemies. It invokes the spell Meteor Swarm as a standard action that provokes an attack of opportunity.
This ring is shaped like a small black serpent twined around itself several time, and it has emerald eyes and diamond fangs. When first worn, the ring shifts so the serpent head is facing forward and the fangs plunge into the wielder's finger. (Doing 1d4 points of damage that cannot be healed while the ring is worn.) In addition, the ring drains the wearer of 2 points of Constitution (which remains until the ring is removed). The ring cannot be removed unless forced (cut the finger off, high-level remove curse, etc) or the wielder dies.
Forged from Thyrite, a mineral found only on the Kal-Thyra plane, this ring can store up to 8 power points and gives its wearer a +1 bonus to Concentration checks.By: Tobias PendragonImported from a previous version of Planewalker.com Type Ring, Psionic Market Value: 50,000 gp Craft Level: 5 Craft Prerequisites: Creation Cost: Weight :Negligible

Somehow someone or something has managed to transform the power of lightning and turn it into a solid form. These shackles contain all the power and fury of a lightning storm and at one time could probably contain even the most powerful of creatures. Now, it looks as if the spells that have bound the lightning are failing, as evident by the constant discharge of energy. Throwing the chains should be enough to release the energy contained within them – doing so unleashes the power of the lightning in the form of a Chain Lightning spell.
