Githyanki Insults

Githyanki are normally polite toward one another... but not always. None of the insults below should be used against a githyanki carelessly by the wise.

Math and Mechanus IV: Funxions

Legends speak of a group of marraenoloths who, tainted by the greed of their race, sought to find the Axioms and use an artifact in their possession to usurp their power. Somehow, these planar travelers managed to find the hidden kingdom of the Axioms who emerged from their immaculate dwellings of perfect geometries. Upon seeing the indescribable beauty of those who are Foundation of All Things, the marraenoloths surrended without a battle and begged only to serve.

What's the Point?

Draken

Personality: Draken are a large strong reptilian race that seem to be native to the Outlands, living in the closest inner rings. Some graybeards have theorized that the Draken are somehow related to the khaasta as ancestors, while Draken lore has them related to two dragons that "nested in the spire." Their relative small numbers, general mistrust of outsiders bordering on xenophobia, and their home being so close to the spire make the Draken a little known race.

J'tok (Psionic version)

Personality: The J'tok are a people of the mind. They are ever seeking out new knowledge and new stories. Part of this is their nature, but many J'tok take on this quest for information with an almost fanatical urgency.

Planetouched, Genasi (Ooze)

Personality: Said to be an evolved form of a mephit or sprite; they simply apologize for being at all. Oozai are the most self-depreciating, self-esteem challenged of all the genasi and can even overwhelm a beaker with depression. Desperate to get off their home plane but want to stay out of the way of other people (especially the Baatezu since they are commonly mistaken for lemurs and enslaved as well as the Tanar’ri since they kill them on sight) they tend towards cities, heading for the downtrodden or abandoned areas.

Planetouched, Genasi (Positive Energy)

Personality: How these gensai came about is for greybeards to figure out, since there has been no evidence of humanoid positive energy life. (Mummies are undead, they don't count.) There are however a couple of these bloods out in the planes. They could be what some graybeards say are "positive" energy touched. Others say it's some experiment that Ravids or Xeg-ya performed. The true dark may never be known.Positai are full of energy. Positai are energetic individuals, sometimes to the point of being manic and hyperactive.

Ulenys

Personality: Having lost their world and being responsible for the deaths of the beings they worshipped as gods, the reptillian mammals who call themselves Ulenys (You-len-is) are new to the planes. Living in the city/plane Nastallux which hovers hundreths of meters above the ground somewhere in the Outlands.

Bariaur (2)

Personality: The bariaurs – herbivorous denizens of the Outlands and the chaotic Upper Planes – often remind primes of centaurs, with their goat-bodies being topped by human torsos and arms. In personality, bariaurs are usually carefree, social, outgoing, and friendly. Though considered frivolous by some, the sturdy bariaurs nevertheless are fierce fighters when their families or friends are threatened. They are well known for their wanderlust, building no towns but roaming over several of the Upper Planes in a seemingly random path.
